We are located in Suite 201 at 11 NE MLK Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR. 97232 in the rainbow-colored “Fair-Haired Dumbbell” building, on the east side of the Burnside bridge.

Unfortunately, we do NOT have a parking lot, so you will need to find street parking that is either metered (Parking Kitty) or is restricted by a 2-hour window. Please mind the sign that is on the block you’ve parked on. NE MLK and NE Burnside are one-way streets, so please give yourself ample time to circle and find a spot to park before your visit.

You can park between SE 3rd. St. - SE 6th. St., and NE Couch St. - SE Ankeny St. If you search for “parking lot” on google maps around the office, there are a few nearby that require a short walk to the office.

We require a check in time that is 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please plan accordingly as we will not be able to extend your appointment slot if you are late and there may be fees associated with being 15 minutes late.

We will have an A-Frame sign outside the South Wing building of 11 NE MLK Jr. Blvd. You will enter in the sliding doors and see a directory there, and our reception and check in will be in Suite 201.

To enter, walk under the skybridge and into the sliding doors inside the South Wing. We are on the directory and you will just take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. The sliding doors and elevator are open and accessible during business hours.
